I specifically made a point to visit Jayson Home & Garden the last time I was in Chicago...but failed to look up the store hours, and by the time I arrived, they had closed up shop. MAJOR bummer.
The good news is they have a website, and would you just look at the floral gorgeousness they create (in addition to all of the great home accessories and garden goodies):
